Heating pad with stims

Hi ladies! New here, doing my first stim cycle. Do you know if it’s ok to use a heating pad for ovary discomfort? I messaged my doctor but haven’t heard back. I know Tylenol is ok but ibuprofen is a no.

Update: heard back from a nurse and told NOT to use a heating pad 🤷🏻‍♀️
