Blighted ovum?!

Positive hpt March 23. First US April 5- only gestational sac. Went for repeat today and there was a yolk sac in the gestational sac. They are wanting me to D&C. Should they do blood work to test my HCG? Or a repeat US again?! Idk what to think. I’m not cramping or bleeding.

I don’t think there is any harm in double checking and getting them to scan or do a blood draw again 🤷🏼‍♀️

Last year I has a blighted ovum, we kept getting labs until HCG started to drop and I would go get ultrasounds every two weeks just to make sure. I took the pills to help pass everything. But befor my blighted ovum I had two other losses baby stopped growing at 8 weeks, I took the pills and let everything happen at home then a year later I had a chemical all three happened back to back.
