Pcos help!!

Hello ladies! I was just told by my doctor that I am borderline pcos, I was wondering if any of you had some tips or tricks to get my body “normal” so I can ovulate on my own without the use of metformin or clomid? Would like to try to change my lifestyle and eating habits before trying any prescriptions :)

Any diets or workout plans that have worked for you?
