Feel pregnant but negative tests???

I’m 26 days late on my period and after 4 pregnancy tests and one in my doctors surgery they are coming back negative. I have increased heart burn, dizziness and nausea and I just feel pregnant. The doctor felt around my cervix and looked with a speculum and said all looked fine and dandy apart from a little bit of thrush which was caused by antibiotics to treat BV. I just need a little bit more guidance on what this could all mean! I’m getting booked back in with my dr ASAP but I’m just panicking and time is ticking
