Am I having a miscarriage?

My Hcg was 105 at 4w3d and I am supposed to go for a repeat Hcg today at 5w3d. I noticed a brownish discharge now when I wiped. Am I having a miscarriage? Low Hcg and discharge both point towards miscarriage right?
Update - hcg levels at 1504 at 5w3d. Is the increase still ok?

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion yet. If your HCG doesn't double, or if your progesterone levels have tanked, then you could be concerned.

You’re hcg at 4 weeks 3 days doesn’t really indicate miscarriage to me. You may have implanted later (like 12 dpo). And please try not to panic about the spotting. I had brown and pink spotting in early pregnancy as well but every turned out fine. Spotting in early pregnancy can be extremely common. I would still inform your doctor about your spotting, but they will likely tell you it is common. I was told “if there is no pain, heavy cramping, or red bleeding, just monitor it and try not to worry”. I know; easier said than done. 
Just inform your doctor about you spotting and get the repeat hcg draw and go from there.

Your HCG is on the lower side for 4w3d but if you ovulated later or baby implanted later then it would be normal. The doubling time is what matters. As long as your HCG doubles under 48 hours then all should be progressing normally so far! Good luck and keep us updated ❤️

Update: Hcg results came back from 5w 3d as 1504. So it has gone up from 105 to 1504 in 6 days. But reddish stain hasn't stopped yet when I wipe.

Thank you ladies, my doctor has immediately started me on 10mg progesterone tablets. Waiting for Hcg results, I am so anxious right now 😔
