Do pregnancy symptoms come and go?

I’m 7 weeks and I’ve noticed that my boobs only hurt at night? During the day their manageable, it’s when I take my progesterone and go to sleep that they really bother me. Is this normal?

Yeah and I found my symptoms to be quite a bit milder than I thought they would be too. I expected to be throwing up and my boobs on fire but in reality I was quite lucky and they were just a bit sore and I had smell aversion and mild nausea that came and went 😊 the sleepiness was a killer in first trimester though and its hitting me again at 32 weeks 😴😴
