Miscarriage Anxiety

Hi ladies! Hope your ttc journey is doing wonderfully ❤️ so I miscarried my last baby back in January and Im at the same week now that I was then when I miscarried. (5 weeks and 5 days). I want to take blood tests to make sure my HCG levels were ok but my doctor said no UNLESS I had bleeding. This makes me super uncomfortable because black women are 200% more likely to DIE from childbirth and it makes me nervous that the doctor is already not listening to me. Should I request another doctor? I just find a bit disrespectful that all I want is a blood test which will occur anyways. What should I do?
