Pretty sure I’m pregnant..

I have a 20 month old son, and had some issues with my birth control pill. I am about 6 days late for my period. The pregnancy tests are all over the place with very faint lines to plain ole negative. I definitely wanted to wait a while before we considered having more kids. I don’t know if I’m ready for to have a newborn while a 2 year old. I will have a lot of awkward conversations if this is the case. My sister is getting married in September and I’m her maid of honor. But what no one else knows is she is planning to announce her pregnancy. I will be about 5-6 months when she is 3 months. If anyone has any encouraging words... I’m all ears.
