Hcg levels help

Hey girls , help a stressed first timer out

I had my pregnancy confirmed with a blood test on 16-04 hcg level was 165 , I took another test on 20-04 out of curiosity as my doc appointment isn’t untill first week of May, my level was only at 180 3 days later super stressed, I only got my bfp on 11-04 (13dpo) which was 1 day before af , i had done my hcg from this place on 12dpo 10-04 and it was 1.29 and I clearly had the digital confirm I was pregnant just wondering if there a problem in this lab as the test to confirm pregnancy was done by my doc n the other two by me at a random clinic , I’m stressed out n considering to retest tom to check if the levels r doubling
