Back pain
I’m almost 5 months and my lower back is ALWAYS KILLING ME! Im considering getting a heating pad to relieve some pain. Any reviews on if this actually helps? If so, any suggestions on which one is best (preferably from Amazon because that’s where I’ll be ordering from)? Also, any other recommendations to relieve back pain is much appreciated.
