Blurry vision

Hey I’m currently 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant I had what Drs called an episode of blurry vision/ almost not seeing which lasted for 30 minutes, I called my OBGYN 10 minutes after it started happening and she sent me to the ER they monitored me for about 2 1/2 hours in OB and then sent me back down to the ER to get further evaluated,they said everything came back fine, I’ve had no complications with this pregnancy, should I stick to what they said should I seek further medical advice!?? Thanks
