Body shapers...
I know this probably sounds strange but I sometimes wear a shaper kinda like a high waist bathing suit to smooth things out under my dresses.. currently 11w 5d and a size 16 so my belly isn't round most days I just look bloated.
Certainly I'm not alone with this...
