Sugar pill??

This is my fist month on the pill and I'm not sure on how to take the last week (sugar pills) do I take all 7 of them even if my period ended before day 7? or after my period ends do I start a new packet? Please help!

Yep! I usually stop bleeding on the 4th or 5th inactive pill but keep taking them daily as usual 🙂 if I have sex during my non-bleeding inactive pill days I use a condom.

Yes just take them all. The purpose of the sugar pills is just to remind you to take your next set of pills and it also keeps your cycle to an average of 28 days.
