Dizziness in early pregnancy
I am 5 weeks, 4 days pregnant. I have had usual symptoms, frequent urination, tiredness, sore breasts etc.
the last few days I have had “dizzy” spells- today (this evening) it is awful- feels just like vertigo and associated with nausea
Anyone else have this in early pregnancy?? god I hope this doesn’t last the whole 1st trimester 😅
