Bottle

I’m getting really stressed about how my baby isn’t supposed to drink from a bottle anymore but I don’t know what I can do. She drinks water from a cup by herself perfectly but anytime I put her milk in a cup (or try to make her hold her own milk bottle) she has a tantrum or just gets upset and refuses to eat and cries! There is literally nothing I can do right now to make her drink milk out of a cup. I’ve tried so many cups (open cup, free flow spout etc.) but she’s just so attached to her bottle she won’t try anything if it’s not her bottle. I even tried to put handles on her bottle to encourage her to hold it and she refused to eat because the bottle had handles! Even when I tried to feed her! What can I do because everyone says one year olds shouldn’t have bottles but there’s no support/advice! Just shame and I’m really stressed. She only has 2 bottles a day
