Complicated MIL trying to bring a stranger in my house with a newborn

Okay y’all! I’m sooooo close to telling my mother in law that she just can’t come up and see my son at all. We live a 28 hour drive away from our parents. She wants to drive all the way here when my son is born but she is also 62 has a broken back and several other problems. So she can’t do it alone! SOO. She wants to bring some RANDOM MALE COUSIN OF HERS THAT I HAVE NEVER MET with her. Saying he has a place to stay when he gets here. Well this week his place to stay went to the hospital and is now in a medically induced coma. And she still refuses to fly out alone instead of drive all this way. And I really am at a loss. My husband WILL NOT put his foot down when it comes to his mom and it’s really starting to stress me out. She doesn’t care at all about meeting her grandson it’s all about her and how much she misses her son (my husband) because she can’t cut her own umbilical cord even though her son is about to be a father himself. I’m sorry y’all I just needed a place to vent and possible advice or what you’d do if you were in this situation. I’m absolutely furious
