Right lower abdominal pain

I'm having a really bad cramp (idk what else to call it) in the lower right portion of my belly. It goes around my side into my back it feels like. It's been going on for a little bit, since early this morning. Maybe 4-5am? But it wasn't as bad. I'm not sure what it is. I'm thinking it might be a poop cramp haha it doesn't feel like a contraction, it's not a tightening feeling. I'm 25 weeks 5 days with twins. I plan on calling labor and delivery just to be safe, but was wondering if any of you ladies experienced something similar. And if you did, what was it?
