Mother's day

So yesteday my bf and I were out for a lunch date I asked him what was the plan for mother's day meaning his mom and mines. He said well I need to be working on something for you then said well no maybe next year. I couldn't hold it in I said oh hell no dont mention me then count me out! Do you ladies plan on celebrating mother's day? I guess for years I always felt left out on mothers day but I never wanted to take away from my friends and family because they were mother or expecting mothers.
