Creases in nipples (not from breatfeeding)

Hey girls, I'm wondering if anyone else has nipples like mine or if it's really rare. Ever sense I was a young teen I always had a crease down the middle of my nipples.. but they are not inverted. They have always stuck out like a normal nipple but they just have a crease down the center.. basically giving my nipple two tips!! But I have small nipples, so no one (not even my husband) is aware of this. You can't tell they are any different unless ur really looking up close. Anyways, after my first baby & breastfeeding my nipples became much bigger & are now average size, but now I notice there are multiple creases in them! They are usually shut tho so my nipple looks normal but I can spread open the cracks if I try, and stuff gets stuck in there! So I sit & clean em out with q-tips every couple days & I feel like it's so weird! My concern is cleanliness for my next baby during breastfeeding.. I have a baby due in a couple months, and because I'm pregnant stuff gets stuck in those cracks alot quicker, every day I could clean the cracks out & there would be more white stuff in there again the next day. When i'm not pregnant maybe it's body oils, dead skin or lint. But while pregnant its probably colostrum or milk, cause it seems whiter & more moist. I'm sure once I'm actually breastfeeding it'll get even worse. It bugs me to imagine my new baby sucking on my nipples if there is old milk or germs in those cracks. So I'm thinkin I may have to clean and sanatize the cracks before each feeding..but I dunno. So has ANYONE ever heard of this delema?!?! Thanx
