Game Changer

Reina ☀️

Hi. I'm getting married in late July and I'm trying to decide whether I want to change my last name to my honey's last name or if I should use both my last name and his last name (no hyphen). Has anybody here done this? I'm leaning towards using two last names without a hyphen, but I don't want to regret it. Although, I was lightly teased for my last name (and is still true on occasion, but nothing embarrasing) I like that I can use my last me professionally and use my married name legally. I can be me, but be Mrs. Him. ❤️

1. What are the pros and cons?

2. Do you always use both last names?

3. Can you use the two interchangeably? 4. What name do you go by socially?

5. How do you have work email addresses that are traditionally first initial and last name?

6. Do you have problems filling out online forms?

7. Do you have to always sign everything with both last names?

8. Anything else that is problematic?

9. If you have children, did you give them you hubby's last name or both? I personally would like to give my future children my honey's last name.

Some background info about me:

I'm 32, no kids, I'm the only girl child, I'm transitioning from a career as in administrative work to a career as a Counselor after I receive my masters in May. Just in case this has any standing on your feedback.
