First symptoms of pregnancy

I haven’t taken a test yet but my first signs of pregnancy usually are sore nipples and feelings of a hangover and I haven’t drank anything. I also had some spotting a few weeks ago. I’m not asking if I’m pregnant I was just sharing my usual symptoms.
