I want to lose weight

I am turning 13 on Wednesday, and I weigh 155-160. I’m 5’6 and I play sports so most of my weight is muscle. Does anyone know of any weight loss tips? I’m lost here, I have no motivation, and I don’t fit in very well. I have a lot of “friends”, but it’s just yk, not the best. So if you have ideas lmk thanks y’all ✨
