Cheat meal?

I know this is a horrible question to ask 🤣🤣 but I am dying for a cheat meal. I’ve only been on a diet for about 2 weeks tho, so I know I really should wait until I lose a little bit before I cheat, but I can’t stop thinking about it.

So ladies, how long did you wait for your first cheat meal? I have about 25-30 pounds to lose so I know I can’t go crazy, and only plan on cheating maybe once a month (or is that too often?)
