Severe pain from neck / shoulders to my toes and feet ONLY my right side

I have extreme pain almost feels like they’re swollen (my arm, my leg, my foot) but they look ok. The pain is excruciating, it begins in my right shoulder going down to my neck , my arm, my hand, my right hip and back into my thigh and calves stopping in my foot.

If someone tried to touch and right part of me I scream in pain. I’m 36 weeks.

I do have GD & preeclampsia. Delivering next week.

I’m not sure what to do at this point.
