Am I just paranoid

So I woke up today and my boobs are pretty sore. I’m on nexplanon, my boyfriend always wears a condom when we have arc and he pulls out with the condom on before he finishes. Yesterday I went to a trampoline park and I don’t have just the hugest boobs, but it’s been about 5 years since I last jumped for over an hour on one. Is it probably my activity from yesterday that caused my boobs to be sore? I’m super paranoid
