Need advice

Hey everyone! So bare with me because I may be freaking out for no reason, but I need some help with some crazy symptoms I’ve had- I started my period this month about a week early and it was normal for 4 days and then it stopped and I only spotted (like brownish creamy discharge) for about a week and then I had another extreme period for 2 weeks straight. I’m totally I had almost a 3 weeks long period. The second “period” was very miserable. A very heavy flow with bright read blood, extreme nausea, crippling migraines, bad bloating, fatigue, and dizziness. I felt like I had the flu with a bad period. I’ve never had this happen. I am off birth control and have been trying to get pregnant but took a test a little before the period started and it was negative. I’m just so confused. Now it’s been over for a day but my vagina physically hurts. It’s very sore and slightly itchy. Anyone know what could be going on?
