Pregnant??

Negative tests and today is the first day of my supposed to be period. Ive had sore boobs, headaches, and i spotted light for the past few days . I started my nausea today and it’s hell.. Ive also had a few little cramps . I feel terrible , idk if this is AF or just early pregnancy.
