Extreme pelvic pain

I’m 36 weeks and am having what feels like CONSTANT lightening crotch on the left side for about 3-4 days now. It’s gotten to the point I can barely walk. I have a super high pain tolerance, but this shooting pain has me literally crying out whenever I have to move my leg/hips. Never had this with my first, but this baby boy is measuring several weeks ahead size wise. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? It’s getting worse and worse and my mom thinks I’m going to go into labor super soon. I was 1cm last week at my OB appt. Do y’all think it means he’s coming soon? I honestly don’t know what to think and I want to mentally prepare myself! Thank you!!
