HCG test and implantation bleeding

My partner and I were TTC for a while and then found out we could only conceive through

IVF

. We had our first

IVF

transfer on the 15th of this month.

I have a blood test due soon to see if it worked.

Today I started to bleed a bit and have cramps. Not a deep red blood like period blood more like brown ish.

So I took a pregnancy test strip as I was worried.

I know these are not completely accurate. And this wasn’t morning pee I did this this afternoon. I can see a line, it’s faint. Does that mean it couldn’t be period blood? It might just be implantation blood?

I’m pretty worried. So anyone who has had similar I would love to hear from you.
