Brown streaks and light spots of blood?? Help!!

Hello. I’m on the combo pill, I’ve been on it since about 2017 when I was a freshman in highschool, I’m now finishing up my first year of college. The last time I had sex was March 19th, then I got my period shortly after that.

Last week I forgot to take a pill until the next morning, as well as yesterday I forgot to take the pill until today.

On Friday, my boyfriend was fingering me, and I was giving him a hand job. He didn’t get to finish, but There was precum. He didn’t touch himself at all just me. And after he was done my fingers went near my entrance but I didn’t put them inside me.

Today about a few hours ago I wiped to see some lighter brown streaks in my discharge. Not much but I saw it. And just recently I saw very light specks of blood when I wiped. What is this?? I’m freaking out
