Confused

So my period started Saturday I woke up wiped and it was red wine colour on the toilet paper. My husband and I went away Saturday before we went to bed I changed my tampon and there was nothing so we had sex and the next day Sunday there was no period so I took an ovulation test when we got home and it said I was ovulating I then took a pregnancy test and it was negative I then put a tampon in and there was a rice grain size red blood on the tampon took a ovulation test again that evening (Sunday still) and I wasn’t ovulating could the amount of alcohol I drank the Saturday give me a false ovulation the Sunday? It’s now Monday and I have some brown red blood. What could this all mean am I pregnant? I took another ovulation test this morning and it was negative.
