Help! My weight won’t stop climbing at 15 weeks 😥
Hi! I have always been very fit. I began my pregnant at 116 pounds and I’m 5’6. My BMI was 18.1. I do my best to eat healthy and exercise a few times a week. I have been having a hard time doing long workouts (sore, getting overly hot, etc). I also feel like I have to eat every 2 hours. I am currently 15 weeks with a boy and have gained 16 pounds. Last I weighed, I am 132 pounds. I know I am supposed to gain weight and I also know that I am not used to it at all. I just feel so much unlike myself and I am worried this weight gain it too much. What do you think? Thanks guys 😌
