Advice needed please *some tmi*

Okay so I had a lh peak the 18th and a even higher peak the 21st bd a lot through that time but af was suppose to show 2 days ago and nothing I’ve been dryish which is rare like really rare except for the occasional stringy white cm. I’ve been nauseous on and off all day everyday for a week and sore boobs and I’ve never had sore boobs like this slight cramping but nothing like af cramps. Took a test but it was bfn it was Premom early results brand the strips. My bbt it’s usually 97.6 but it’s been 98.0 any ideas ???
