Low hcg but rising appropriately

Hello. My first HCG draw at 14dpo was 14. I had another draw today at 16dpo and it came back at 41. So it almost tripled!! I’m concerned with my levels being so low. Did anyone have such low numbers during early pregnancy and everything turn out ok??
