How often to you talk in long distance relationship?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a little over 2 years and spend the entirety of covid isolating together. We are each others best friends so it was actually pretty easy and we were sad to leave each other.

A few days ago we each flew to our families and are now across the country from each other and aren’t sure when the next time we will see each other will be.

Well we’ve barely spoken and feels pretty dry. Today we’ve said our good mornings but that’s all. Not exactly upset about it just wondering if this is normal.

Just wondering how often other long distance couples speak as this is my first time.
