Anybody else sometimes overshare with strangers?

Went to the store today to buy a new mattress. I told the salesman I don’t sleep with a pillow anymore, he asked why? I said “oh because I’m breastfeeding and I look down at my son a lot while he nurses so that’s caused neck pain therefore I prefer to sleep flat now for my neck”. As soon as those words came out of my mouth I thought WTF did he need to know those details 😳. Why couldn’t I just say I suffer from neck pain and prefer to sleep straight? The conversation definitely got awkward from there. I know breastfeeding is a normal thing, but when it comes to talking with a man, I’d rather not! I walked out of there so ashamed and doubt I’ll ever go back 😆
