leaky breast ?

i’m 35wks and i was told i’m a cm dilated, i’ve also been having some pretty unusual pains where it feels like baby is punching my cervix.

but today i got up to pee and realized my shirt was wet when i sat down, i checked and my whole bra on one side is soaked ? i’m inserting a picture

is this normal ? i feel like this is an unusual amount ? sorry, it’s just my breasts haven’t leaked my entire pregnancy until now and i’m paranoid that every little thing means i’m going into labor or somethings wrong 🙄🙄
