Morning Sickness

I would love to know how my pregnant mommies dealt with their morning sickness? I am 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I am suffering so bad from morning sickness I am to the point where my doctor has now ordered me to get IV fluids because I can't even keep down liquids. I've noticed since I stopped taking my prenatals that I am less sick. Does anybody else have these experiences? And do you feel like your prenatals cause you to be more sick and you're pregnancy?
