Breastfeeding & Baby Constipated???

My daughter is 4 months & has been teething for a while. She would normally have 2-3 movements a day. Very loose & runny. 😳(sigh, the things that don't embarrass you after you have kids lol) 
She suddenly went 3 days without having a movement. Had one Friday, skipped Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Had one Tuesday evening. & she hasn't had one since! I haven't seen her straining. She has passed some gas but just had wet diapers.
 She has been breastfed since birth & I've always heard breastfed babies don't get constipated. 
Any advice you all could share would be appreciated! 😊

I was told by the nurses at the hospital and our pediatrician that breast fed babies can go several days without a bm. My 3wk old just went 2 days without having one it freaked me out but she seemed okay.

Prunes. You can start giving her a tbs a day till u get a BM.

My baby would go a week with no pooping until we started baby food. As long as she doesn't seem uncomfortable it's normal

Totally normal. My dd used to poop 2 or 3 times a day and then one day she started going once every few days.
