Bleeding non stop

I gave birth Jan 19th and received the depo shot before being released.

Well last Wednesday my period started and it’s been on ever since.. I’ve been having non stop clots and also my period did stopped for a couple hours but it started right back with clots and everything.

I’m getting annoyed and my doctor told me to take pregnancy test or come in for an ultrasound.

I only took the depo once and the nurse said the depo should be out my system.. with all the clotting and everything I’m sure it’s impossible to get pregnant but i have been having slippery clear very stretchy discharge so I’m confused right now.
