Does this look like a chemical

So a little backstory I think I ovulated around the 19th of this month the first day of my period was the 5th I tested for the first time on the 28th that’s the top test the 29th I went and got blood work done at my doctors office my hCG was only 16 at that time does this look like I’m having a chemical the nurse had said that I was just so soon but my test keep getting lighter I feel like and I am currently taking progesterone I don’t want to be taking it if I’m having a chemical
