Hormones making you over emotional?

these hormones are hitting me pretty hard 😭 last night i cried for a good 20 minutes because i was convinced my old dog didn’t love me anymore because i just recently got a puppy. please tell me i’m not the only one crying over everything.

I spent some days in the beginning of my pregnancy crying for hours. I cried for three hours once because my mom had a “tone” with me. My husband just held me every time but it was nuts! Hang in there mama.

I cried because one of my plants looked liked it was dieing which is wasn’t. My husband ended up putting water in it and then I was fine.

Luckily with my current pregnancy I’m not quite as emotional but with my baby girl I was a wreck. I remember crying because I dropped a sock in the crack between the washer and dryer and couldn’t get it out. My husband got it out right away but I continued sobbing. Lol. Ahhhh... those hormones are a really son of gun!!

It’s hormones mama and it’s very normal and okay. When you have the baby it’s even worse and if you breast feed , when you’re done it happens again. The biggest wave is when you first get pregnant, after birth, and when you’re done breastfeeding. Hang in there and let out the cries if you need to
