Blood?

My daughter had corn for apart of her dinner, & it looks like there’s blood on it? Her poop has an orange tint to it.

She had pizza for dinner as well & she had some red Gatorade, but pizza sauce & Gatorade had never turned her poop a red color or a different color in general.

So I’m wondering if it’s blood?

She just got over an ear infection & currently has a runny nose. She had diarrhea all last week. & she still nurses twice a day. She’s 18

Months old.
