Nervous

I go to my ob today because I haven’t had a period since January then last Friday I got my period and it’s been so heavy like I havent bled this much since I had my child 20 months ago. I went for prolonged bleed in august and the ultrasound tech said it looks like I had pcos basked off my ovaries but nothing else was said but I feel like I have it and I don’t know how to bring it up to my dr today. We’ve been ttc since November with luck and I’m at a loss on what to say or bring up and suggestions
