So I went for a US two weeks ago, could see the yolk and the gestational sac, but no embryo. You also couldn’t see anything on the abdominal US just the transvaginal.

Went back for another US, you can now see stuff on it abdominal just not very clear, with a transvaginal you can see the gestational sac is a lot bigger and you can now see an embryo. So I thought all of that was good signs? Midwife turns around and is like ‘I don’t think it will go any further, you’ll miscarry’ I don’t know if I’m just being stupid but I didn’t see any reason for her to think I’m going to miscarry. I now have to go back in a week.

I have very irregular periods so not sure how far on I am, but each US there’s been progression. I just feel it’s maybe too early for heartbeat as was measuring 6 weeks.

Has anyone had something similar?
