Could I be pregnant?

So the last time I had sex was about 2 and a half weeks ago. About a week ago I started to noticed some intense nausea, I’ve been taking zofran about every 6-8 hours to prevent vomiting but it doesn’t really take the nausea it’s self away. Also my sense of smell is extremely sensitive, I could smell the open bag of gummy worms on my bed and it made me sick. I’ve also just been bleh and feeling gross. After realising I could be pregnant I took a test and it came back negative and that was a bit of a relief but the weird thing is today I’m having some weird cramps and a bit of brown discharge but my period isn’t due for at least another week, I’m so confused so I wait a few more days and test again? Are these actual pregnancy symptoms or am I crazy? Are cramps and discharge like this normal if I am pregnant?
