Nosebleed during oral

My boyfriend was going down on me last week and out of no where he gets a nose bleed, he brushed it off thinking it was just saliva and kept going in w fingers and all, he noticed he got a nose bleed and got super embarrassed, I told him everything was okay and not to worry. My 🐱 now smells kind of off, even after just washing it. I can’t really describe the smell, it’s a little fishy but a little coppery and a little. There’s no itching or weird discharge but it does burn a little when I pee, I don’t know if it’s related to him having gotten a nosebleed and possibly have pushed his blood up into me with his fingers

I have nooo idea what’s going on, I’ve never gotten any type of infection or gone to see a doctor about anything like that, we only started to really have sex a couple months ago so I don’t know if it’s just my ph balance being off bc of the intrusion in my vagina
