Drug tested at first prenatal appointment?

I quit smoking as soon as I found out I was pregnant, but don't think I'll pass a test if my OB tests me tomorrow. Will this cause problems? Were you drug tested? I'm in GA.
I mainly used cbd/delta 8, which is legal where I live. But still will make you fail a drug test for thc.

Just tell them the situation it’s no big deal. Just tell them you stopped.

Is this an american standard!? I have never heard of this ever in canada!! Ive had three pregnancies one miscarried so only had one drs app but the other two never had a drug test done!  They ask if i do any drugs but thats it!

Mine did random drug tests through out my whole pregnancy. And they tested my urine and my baby’s cord at delivery. It’s better to be honest with them and tell them you’ve stopped. They’ll be able to help you and give you safe alternatives if needed.

When I went to my first appt, I let them know right away that prior to getting pregnant, I did use cbd (legal) and that could test positive for thc because of it
