I can’t believe this

I am currently 6 weeks and 4 days. I haven’t seen an ob yet (my appt is may 21). I went to urgent care today because I have been soooo nauseous, I’ve barely been able to keep anything down. I was super dehydrated. They gave me fluids and ran all kinds of blood work and urine tests. They did an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds. Found out today that I have two babies. Twins. Two heart beats. Two babies. One sac. I am shocked and so excited. My husband and I are over the moon.
