Time to drop nap? Sleep regression? Or adjustment to sibling?

💗 ✨

5 days ago I had my second child. My 19 month old has been incredible - since having her brother home its like her happy, loving and bright personality has grown even more and I didn't realise it was possible!

She has taken it so unbelievably well, and it honestly feels like it has been such a positive change for her (even though it was all amazing before brother came along!)

The only thing is, she was sleeping 7pm-6am and napping about 2 hours during the day.

Now she is waking at 4.30am and refusing to go back to bed! Still makes it through the day and has her 2 hour nap, and goes to bed on time.

Is this an adjustment to her sibling being here? Or should I drop her day nap (really don't want to go just yet! 😣). Could it be a sleep regression?

If anyone has any insight or similar experiences please let me know! ☺️
